In March 2013 over 70 outstanding early career scientists from the UK and Russia came together in a snowy Kazan, Russia for a Frontiers of Science meeting. The meeting was a great success, covering a diverse range of disciplines and allowing the scientists to develop networks with each other.
Present collection of atlases of the rat brain in stereotaxic coordinates during the postnatal period has been conceived as a tool for neurscientists using immature rats in their research offering a choice of bregma and lambda as the reference point.
